Timor-Leste and Australia Set To Ratify Maritime Boundary Treaty on 30 August
DILI: The Governments of Timor-Leste and Australia are poised to conclude the ratification of the permanent maritime boundary treaty between the two countries on 30 August, Fidelis Mangalhaes the Minister of Legislative Reform Affairs (MRLAP) said.

Immigration Staff On Suspicion of Bribe Claims
DILI: Immigration staff working at the Dili airport and Indonesian land border have been accused of taking bribes of up to $400 for fast-tracking of visas, according to the Interior Minister Filomeno Paixao.
Paixoa said an investigation into the “negligent” behaviour had been requested from Corruption Eradication Commission (CAC).
