Opposition parties vetoed the program during the document’s appraisal between October 16 and 19.
The Ministry of Planning and Finance also discussed the state rectification budget during parliamentary session on Wednesday.
Matias Freitas Boavida, the Secretary State and Council Minister of Social Communication, said the rectification budget for 2017 took into account previous commitments and the concern for expenditure restraint of the executive.
Boavida said the new government program and rectification budget would be presented to the National Parliament, by the end of the year.
