Results revealed to media on Monday showed 97 of the 142 projects fulfilled work contract obligations and would be paid over the next two months.
Salvador Pires, the Minister of Public Works (MOP) said an inquiry to “immediately audit” projects under question would be introduced.
Pires confirmed that US$300 million had been approved to pay outstanding electrical and infrastructure bills over the next two months.
Samuel Mendonca, the Director of the National Development Agency (ADN), said he welcomed an official review of ADN projects.
