Fretilin Accuses Government of Incompetence Amid Delay in 2019 Budget Hearing
DILI: Timor-Leste opposition party Fretilin has accused the government of "not having competence for administration" after the coalition parties in parliament called for a one-week postponement of the 2019 state budget hearings on Friday.
